OUR STORY: Christ
Channel Network. Inc. a 501 (c ) (3 ) publicly supported
nonprofit corporation is dedicated to the development and operation of safe, secure, and affordable housing
program for very low-income individuals and households, Our agency started in 2002 as an homeless shelter located at
1930 S. Oxford Avenue Los Angeles, CA. 90018, this 32 units facility known as CCN House in 2002 was set-up to address the
problem of homelessness and to decreased in the number of homeless individuals and families on the streets .
Through the developement and operations of affordable housing
to very-low income persons, and assisting them through the provision of quality supportive services, Our Agency currently have on-going five locations providing safe and appropriate occupancy to individuals
, families and very low income persons in our communities.
Our independent housing facility served very
low income individuals and households exiting emergency/transitional shelters or similar temporary house, those who are currently
receiving GR and other (or) Food Stamp benefits, SSI benefits, Section 8 etc, this project/ program enable
low income persons who have sufficient income that can sustain a monthly rent an affordable housing at
CCN House. According to Applied Survey Research, and Los Angeles Homeless Services count recently completed. This report provides
an in-depth review of homelessness in Los Angeles City and County, and provides valuable information to drive programs, services
and planning to eliminate homelessness. Key Findings of this reports stated that there are an estimated 68,608 homeless people
throughout Los Angeles on a given day; approximately 15% of these, or 10,100 are children under the age of 18. An additional
5,094 homeless people counted in the cities of Pasadena, Glendale, and Long Beach increase the estimated homeless population
for the entire County of Los Angeles at a point in time to 73,702, and based on the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) protocols, an estimated 141,737 experience homelessness sometime during the year which represents approximately 1.5%
of Los Angeles total population. This gives an estimated 40, 144 homeless individuals on any given night. Approximately 83% of the homeless people were sleeping in the streets,
alleys, autos, encampments, overpasses, doorways, tents, unconverted garages, sheds, and the like, while only 17% were living
either in either emergency shelter or transitional housing programs. Each night, an estimated 7,998 children sleep in locations
not suitable for human habitation Our mission
which is to break the cycle of Poverty, Hunger and Homelessness ties into the Shelter program of providing housing to the
homeless, because CCN House presently operates one transitional shelter, and two Single rooms occupancy project in Los Angeles
County, providing safe and appropriate occupancy to individuals and Families, we serve clients who are exiting emergency shelters
or similar temporary house, those who are currently receiving GR and other (or) Food Stamp benefits, SSI benefits, and very-
low income individuals and families. CCN HOUSE
has gained experience in providing clean, safe, and affordable housing for those most in need of shelter in Los Angeles County,
it has formalized its approach to working with the population through a service enriched environment of collaborative efforts
with other services agencies that are licensed to provide supportive services that are needed by residents of our facilities. CCN HOUSE 2008 OBJECTIVE: To provide affordable
housing to low-income people and families, and emergency shelter/temporary housing to extremely low-income persons/homeless
persons during the winter shelter period between December 1 , 2008 – March 15, 2009. CCN
HOUSE GOAL: Promote community developments by increasing safe and affordable housing opportunities, safety net services,
and sustainable livelihoods for individuals and families.
OTHER ACTIVITIES IN THE COMMUNITY With a Cash grants from Sidney Memorial
Trust in 2004, We expanded and used the excess of In-kind donations from Corporations to establish CCN Community
Resource Center at 2116 W. Washington Blvd. Los Angeles, CA. 90018 , reaching larger community for distribution
of new products from companies, Private foundations, Corporate bodies and Fortune 100 Companies.
Corporations and Individuals since 2004 continues to sustain this important work with new product
donations for their tax advantage, expanding our programs in world communities. If you contact us for product donations,

CCN is non political, non sectarian, we serve people regardless of faith, Our programs benefits all with no regard
to nationality, political affiliation or religious beliefs. Christ Channel Network is a public charity organization,
(Tax. ID. # 73-1648897 ). though a Christian faith based organization, Our board of directors is not subject
